HOW DO I SEND MY CONSOLE?

Mail it in. We will provide you our mailing address. Once we receive the package we will begin to work on it within 1-3 days, test it, then ship it back. The turn around rate is usually one week.

WHERE DO YOU SHIP TO AND HOW MUCH IS SHIPPING COST?

 

We ship to Canada and the United States. A tracking number is provided for both countries. Canada-wide is $19.99 and U.S. is $29.99

WHICH CARRIER DO WE USE AND ACCEPT?

 

For Canada we always use Canada Post. In the United States we also use Canada Post in conjunction with USPS. All console sales and service installation are sent with registered tracking. If you are sending your console to us for service please DO NOT use UPS/Fedex to avoid additional shipping/handling/service charges. If you live outside of Canada and the United States please e-mail us with your location.

DO I NEED ANY EXTRA EQUIPMENT ALONG WITH YOUR CONSOLE?

Depending on what you purchase, you may. Any console we sell with a euro-pin scart cable requires a scart-to-hdmi upscaler, unless you are directly connecting it to a TV that has a scart socket (probably not unless you have a European TV). If you are using a xRGB mini you will need a JP21 scart cable provided elsewhere. Please see the individual items for details or feel free to contact us for any clarifications.
